What is your Return / Exchange Policy?

We have an easy return/exchange policy. If a customer wants to return or exchange something they can notify us through WhatsApp or Call. In case of returns, we will process the refund swiftly. The deadline to return or exchange is 3 days and 7 days respectively.

What happens if I do not get my parcel?

In rare occasions like this, please call or WhatsApp us with your order details as soon as our delivery deadline passes. We will ensure to track the order and deliver it to you as soon as rationally possible
